Payment
We accept credit cards through PayPal only for online orders to be shipped or for event delivery.
Check and cash only accepted for event delivery or personal pickup.
Custom Orders
Custom work is welcomed and encouraged. If you have an idea for something that you would like to explore, please
contact Lori. We do reserve the right to refuse any custom order that does not fit into Lori's mission as an artist.
However, if you are willing to agree to a few simple steps, you will be in good standing for getting the item you want; not
to mention bragging rights:
* All custom orders must be agreed upon in writing between Bad Hare Pottery and the customer.
* All custom orders require a 50% deposit on the quoted price of the order before the item will be made.
* Custom orders must fit into my area of interest and must be accompanied by reliable documentation of the item
as a medieval vessel (i.e. no coat of arms will be put on a Saxon cooking pot, etc.)
* Bad Hare Pottery retains the right to reproduce any custom orders for general sale once the original order is
completed.
* Did we mention that Lori really likes clay oddities?
Available Glaze Colors
Clear, Dark Grey, Rusty Brown, Green, and Blue. Color examples for comparison are currently in production.
Shipping
All orders are normally shipped U.S.P.S. Priority to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes, except APO/FPO).
Shipping and handling charges include postage, packing, and insurance.
Estimated shipping times are normally 2-3 business days upon customer confirmation of shipment.
Other shipping arrangements (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) can be made upon customer request and payment of any cost
difference. No orders will be shipped without insurance.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you
with advance notice, except as described below. We may release your information when we believe that such action is
appropriate to comply with the law, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by using the Contact Us section of the website.
Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction
